Union Building I (SUB I)
Student Union Building I was the first
student union building on the Fairfax Campus. It houses many student
services including Student Activities, Greek Life, Student Media which includes the Broadside, the campus newspaper, and other student media.
SUB I continues
to be one of the hubs of student life on campus. The building houses
the Student Health Center; Counseling Center; Career Services;
The Office of Disability Services; the Peer Empowerment Program; Diversity Programs and Services; Alcohol, Drug and Health Education; the Health and Wellness Resource Room; Sexual Assault Services; the Office of Orientation and Family Programs and Services; Information Services; Game Room; University Switchboard; Multicultural Research and Resource Center; Campus Ministry; International Programs and Services; Academic Advising Center; Cash Office (where tuition can be paid); a Damon's Restaurant; Chick-fil-a and Jazzmans.
